Astralux India Private Limited (hereinafter “Astralux”) is thankful for the interest you have shown in our company, products, and services by visiting our website (https://astralux.in/) or related channels of communication including, but not limited to, our social media pages and blogs (collectively referred to as “Astralux India Pages”). This is the Privacy Policy (hereinafter "Policy") applies to the Personal Data that we collect or process through information collected by and (hereinafter "Site"). The Site is operated by or on behalf of Astralux India.

We do not use cookies or similar technologies when you interact with and use the Astralux Pages – when you visit our websites, use our social media pages, receive our emails, use our mobile apps and/or connected devices.

Special information for parents

The Astralux India pages are not directed to children, as defined under applicable law, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children. It is, however, Astralux India policy to comply with the law when it requires parent or guardian permission before collecting, using or disclosing Personal Data of children. We are committed to protecting the privacy needs of children and we strongly encourage parents and guardians to take an active role in their children’s online activities and interests.

If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with his or her Personal Data without their consent, please contact us via our contact form. If we become aware that a child has provided us with Personal Data, we will delete his/her data from our files

If Astralux India is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale of Astralux India, we will use reasonable endeavours to ensure the personal information we process continues to be subject to the same protections set out in this Privacy Policy.

We have implemented administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help prevent unauthorized access. Despite these measures, no data transmission over the Internet can be entirely secure, and we cannot and do not guarantee or warrant the security of any information you transmit via our websites.

Astralux India is based in the India and has offices in other countries. Depending on your country of residence, when you provide information to us, we will transfer that information to our facilities in the India. The recipients of the information disclosures described in the “How We Use and Disclose Your Information” section of this Privacy Policy (above) is located in the India.

Our Privacy Policy may change from time to time. We will post any Privacy Policy changes on this page and, if deemed necessary, we will provide a more prominent notice.

You can request access to information we hold about you, ask us to correct any information that may be inaccurate, and/or ask us to block or delete such information and object to the processing of information (within the limits of applicable law). In situations where we process your information on behalf of our clients, we may refer the request to the relevant client and cooperate with their handling of the request, subject to any special contractual arrangement with that client.
